This shows you how to link to files, upload content, and make Moodle more useful to your students.
Using Forums
A great way to make your class insteractive!
NOTE: These resources go back to Moodle 1.9; the steps may look slightly different, but most of the content will work exactly the same!
Making Quizzes
Quiz information for making a quiz on Moodle!
Writing Workshops
Probably the most complicated activity on Moodle, the writing workshop also gives you the greatest payoff!
The following expectations for staff use of Moodle were developed by the three building principals under the direction of Superintendent Keith Smith:
1. Each certified/professional staff member must participate in a MOODLE page, either individual or as a team.
2. Contact information for each staff member must be provided (phone, e-mail, information)
3. Parent newsletters, if applicable, must be linked for each teacher.
4. A calendar or lesson plan or outline that shows what is being taught by unit and/or lesson and/or theme (as appropriate)
5. Optional: Posting homework pages, study guides, other resources.
